Mmm... Sounds so good!  I miss my Sunday roast.  I always used to go to my mums for that even after I left home, but now I'm 4000 miles away and it seems like too much effort to cook it for the 2 of us  :-\

The fudge is really easy:
1 cup nut butter (you can use any but I like cashew butter best)
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
That's the basic recipe but you can also add fruit (mine had banana in it), cocoa powder, coconut flakes, or anything really.  Just whizz it in the food processor until it's smooth, pour it into a pan and stick it in the freezer so it sets.  You eat it straight out of the freezer as it's a bit runny / gooey at room temperature. It's so good!

Yum will need to shop for some of that recipe but can't wait.
I loved a Sunday roast when I was young and have recently made an effort to cook one regularly. That was left overs and I just added the sausage.

I'm sorry, I'm going to resurrect this thread and be *that* parent who is smug about their kids eating veggies. DD is still barely acknowledging breakfast and usually has a decent lunch, but omg I am SO happy with her dinners!  I don't know if she just gets hungrier as the day goes on or what but she basically has been eating anything I put in front of her.  Tonight she had spaghetti squash stirred through with onion, garlic, spinach, tomatoes and sardines(!!!).  I can't believe she ate sardines!  I've never been able to get her to eat fish except the occasional bit of salmon.  Hooray brain food!

sardines, that's impressive.  can't get myself to eat them much less DD;)
DD has been feeling a bit ill and is living on air of late.

Today breakfast: 4 tsp cereal, 1/3 sausage
snack: 10 corn chips (kiddies version, no fat or salt)
Lunch: 2 cherry tomatoes and the rest of her breakfast sausage, refused everything else I gave her
Dinner: I have cooked some spaghetti and told her it was snakes so she is having some of that, hissing with every mouthful. Doesn't want anything on it though

Grrr hate it when she's like this
