I can definitely get the oil but not sure about ground, I keep flaxseeds for my own smoothies so I just thought it would be good if L could use them too  :)

The oil in flaxseeds tends to go rancid quickly, so the best bet if you want ground is to buy them whole and grind them fresh in a little grinder each time you use them.

Yes maybe I should grind them in my bullet, theyw ill probably be finer than when they are ground in my smoothies  :)

Cool! I keep meaning to try that trick but we don't have a little blender/grinder thingy (I keep meaning to get a spice grinder or a small coffee grinder that we'd dedicate to spice grinding) so for now I just buy the bottle of flax seed oil and keep it in the fridge.
