My LO is 11 months old and she still wakes up every couple hours. We started BW E.A.S.Y routine a couple months ago now and have seen heaps of improvement because she was dependent on several props. Until she was 9 months, we were rocking, bouncing, singing, soother (she still has one), and I was still feeding her once or twice a night (she was still getting up in between feeds); now she is going through the night without a feed (I am done BF and have her on formula) but she still wakes up crying every couple hours. I usually just go in lay her back down, cover her up, and I'll strategically place the soother near her so she finds it on her own. I usually go right in her room... I dont think she has a mantra cry (?) she wakes up and is immediately sitting up or standing in her crib.
She was (and maybe still is) a reflux baby so I am not sure of this is still bothering her, but she doesnt spit up or anything anymore and seems quite content after a meal.
Here's our routine
7 - wake and bottle (she starts waking at 530, 6, 630 and I keep doing PD until 7)
8 - breakfast
9:30 - Nap (usually just does an hour, 1.25 at best)
10:30 - bottle then activity
12:00 - Lunch
2:30 - Nap (same thing about an hour and a quarter)
3:30-4 - bottle then activity
5:30 - dinner
6 - bath
7:30 - bed
