what do 1hr and 25min naps mean?

Are they still restorative?  Alyssa's naps range between 1hr and 25min-45min.  The norm is 1hr and 25-30min.

I'd call that a good, full nap. It may be that her sleep cycle is just a smidge under 45 mins, so 1hr25 is a two-cycle nap.

Yesterday we got 2 x 1hr 20 naps and a catnap and that was a good day  ;D

Good to know. I was just concerned b/c her nights are now down to 10-10.5hours due to teething and Ews. Sigh
