11 week old still wakes every 2.5-3 hours?

My 11 week boy is still waking every 2.5 - 3 hours to eat all night.  Is this still the age that this is what to expect?  My older girls never did start sleeping through on their own so just checking to see if it is possible for this one too or if I should be doing something now to encourage it!!  He falls asleep in his bed swaddled and with a pacifier.  Would love to not make that a prop!!  He is bottle fed breastmilk with some supplemental formula. His schedule is roughly:

E: 6:30
S: 7:45-9
E: 9:30
S:10:30-12
E:12
S:1:30-3:50
E:3:50
S: 5-6
E: 7
S:7:30-10
E: 10 (pm)
S: 11-1
E: 1am
S: 1:30-4
E: 4
S: 4:30-6:30

I don't think this is uncommon.  There are so many growth spurts early on.  Your routine looks ok and I remember a lot of Bfing moms speaking of many NWs at this age.  

You may find that the first stretch starts lengthening a bit here and there.  That was how it started to get better for us.

I feel better knowing that.  Thanks.  Hopefully he will start to stretch it out on his own!  He is so textbook I hope he keeps reading those guidelines!!
