EASY or EASA
« on: March 10, 2011, 22:30:50 pm »

Hi there

I have a question about implementing EASY. If baby wakes early from his nap (eg after an hour, after 1.5 hrs), do i feed him early as soon as he wakes, or give him some A time before his feed is due? If i feed as soon as he wakes so that EASY is kept in that order, he will have inconsistent feeding times- is that OK?

Thanks everyone!

Hey there hun,

As a general rule, we try to maintain feed times and play around with A times according to baby's needs and nap lengths. So when you're lo is up, but it's not E time yet, you can have some A time and then feed, a margin of 15ish minutes wouldn't be a big deal for bringing E time forward.
