Average A time after catnap for 4.5mo?

Just wondering if there is an average length of A time after a catnap for a 4.5 mo?  My lo still seems to only be able to manage about 45min before getting OT and it seems so short, but I'm afraid of putting him down too early and having him go to bed UT.

Hey there hun, some lo(s) have high sleep needs, however 45 mins is too low, at this age your average A time is 01.45 to 02.00 hrs, so after a short nap I'd start watching for tired cues after about an hr to avoid OT.

Do you always get short naps?

He just jumped to 2hr 20min for A time  throughout the day and we are still working on extending daytime naps to at least 1hr 30.

I was really wondering about the A time between his catnap and bedtime.

So if he catnaps from 530-600, what time would be bedtime? We normally start our day at 730am and he normally appears to want to be in bed within 45min-1hr. Should I be trying to extend this more?
