Short nights/2:1 transition
« on: March 21, 2011, 01:54:01 am »
Hello,

My DS just turned 1 about 2 weeks ago and since he was around 11 months, we've been battling early wakings/short nights. On average, he gets about 10 hrs of NS with 2.5 hrs of DS (broken down to two naps/1 hr am/1.5 pm) On days where I've let him sleep for 3 hrs during the day, we get even shorter nights (9-9.5 hrs). His A times are 4 hrs/4 hrs/3 hrs at the moment. I'm concerned that he may not be getting enough sleep. Has anyone else have had this issue before and what did you do to correct it?

Hi

So you've started the 2:1 transition doing short AM/long PM?

Can you post your current routine please?
