« on: March 21, 2011, 07:19:36 am »

Hi Reut.  :)  How about you post your routine.  Maybe there is something we can tweak.

Any chance teeth are coming in?

Are you medicating for the teeth? What happens when she wakes, does she settle herself or do you go to her and if so what do you do?

o.k, so one night was o.k but then last night was worse than all others. waking up every couple of hours and screeming like she did when she was very small with reflux. i was crying to belive you me.
it might be teeth like i said, one tooth is out and i'm sure the rest are on the way and her gums are very lumpy
Are you medicating for the teeth?
so i do medecate almost every night since it started (i hate it but have no choice) sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn't. another thing it might be is development. she is hiting a lot of milestones, standing, eating alone.
What happens when she wakes, does she settle herself or do you go to her
when she wakes up she automaticly starts crawling in bed then sometimes clapses on the other side of the bed, on the blancet, offside and sometimes starts crying histericly.
and last a freind segested it might be SA, what do you think?
what do you do?
i go in and try to setle her back in bed with out picking her up, sometimes it works, if not i do PU/PD and sometimes i break and BF and last night i fell asleep with her holding her in her room wich was the worst i have ever done.

Hi Reut.  :)  How about you post your routine.  Maybe there is something we can tweak.
6am- wake and BF
6:20- A
8:00-S
9:30-E solids
10:00-A
12:00-BF
12:30-S
14:00-E solids
14:30-A
17:00- CN
17:40- A
18:00 E solids
18:30 bath
18:45 BF
19:00 S

this is it give or take, trying to drop the CN with no secsess.
HELP!!!!!

Mentioning reflux, do you think her teething could be causing a flare? If your instinct is that she is uncomfortable, that's the first thing to address.

Milestones will also mess up sleep for sure and there's really not much you can do about thatbut ride it out.

She is the right age for SA but I don't know that it would manifest itself as NWs only. You would expect to see it in the daytime and at bedtime/nap time too.

Other than that, your routine looks pretty good although that first A of the day is pretty short. I would dfinitely try not to feed if you are doing PUPD. If youa re going to feed, do so straight away - don't do PUPD for an hour and then feed iyswim.
