help with teats

Ive always mainly breastfed but now we are doing a FF trial and might be moving full time to formula for her health reasons

but I dont have a clue

We curently use closer to nature for mix feeding with size one teats but eventually we will need to change teats

which is best size 2 or variflow?

I would probably go with the variflow. Your DD is used to controling the flow herself by how hard she sucks (I think that's how it works ) and the TT variflow is one that doesn't drip like some teats do so would probably suit her better.

Thank you, I've had people tell me how well ive done breastfeeding but tbh thats the simple thing you get 1 boobie put in baby mouth sorted lol bottles seem like so complicated lol
