What normally happens when he wakes a bit later? So he normally naps 5 hours after he wakes so that would make naptime at 12 with a 7am wake up (which would still be 11 am to his body clock).

Or you could try 11 am to get back on your "normal" times  but he may not be tired enough after 4 hours for a decent nap.

I HATE clock change days - so much easier when we were young, single and childless ;)

He NEVER wakes up later. EVER. Yeah, so normally 5 hours after wake up he has nap...if I put him down at 12 then he needs to have lunch before nap when we usually have it after...argh! And what if i do give nap at 12 and maybe, just maybe he will start to wake later in the mornings...yeah, right, as if!
