We ended up giving ours away, Stan couldn't get the hang at all - not of drinking, but of picking it up gently enough that it didnt just go flying everywhere! Even if there was only a tiny drop of liquid in there, it was tooooo messy.

I used one with T and I don't think he was ever able to do it by himself but it was great to have around.  He drank fine out of it with some help from us.  I'd use it for F but we lost it in the move last year!   ::)
