Maybe a stupid question.....

Should I not be eating eggs? I am dairy free but have been eating eggs because I thought it was just cows milk dairy that you should avoid. Thoughts?

eggs are not dairy - dairy is from cows (possibly all cattle, as some people who can't take cows milk can't take goats milk etc)

What Louisa said - dairy is dairy, but if you're finding that you're still having troubles there may be other intolerances at play. For example, I went dairy free for a month to see if it helped Dylan's eczema. It didn't, so I went back on it. Lo and behold, a year later we had him allergy tested and he has multiple allergies, which explains why dairy free didn't seem to help.
