Alyssa is a reflux baby and will be 8months next month. She is FF and it seems that she has no allergies so far.
When did you introduce yogurt and cheese?

I followed UK guidelines so both my refluxers had dairy like yoghurts and cheese (hard cheese and soft spreadable) from 6 months. They also had cow's milk in cereal from 6 months - neither had/ have issues with dairy so it was a lot easier than making up formula for small meals.

thanks ladies. Plan to try yogurt tomorrow.

For hard cheese, is marble fine or should I stick with the plain hard cheese?
