No shell.  Although, it is another idea if you are up for serving eggs.  Hard boiled eggs

DS 1 wont eat hard boiled yolks and DS doe snot liek he texture of a boiled egg...will have to keep trying

sorry for late reply! pikelets are pretty similar to pancakes but rise a bit more. i use this recipe http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/5757/pikelets or i use a store bought buckwheat pancake mix. just add the fruit additional to recipe ingredients. DS1 loves blueberry pikelets, DS2s fav is pear and chive, or banana. you can mash the fruit or just add pieces.

also for mini quiches, i use puff pastry on the bottom or for DS2 (MSPI) i use a slice of bread, cut off crusts and flatten with a rolling pin to make the 'pastry'.

another idea, it was freezing here today (plus i am looking for ways to hide his fruit in things, his new refusal ::) ) so i made rice pudding. i added berries (frozen, zapped in microwave) to DS1s and pawpaw to DS2s, great for extra calcium too.
