i was just wondering if anyone could offer any advice. My ds is 26 months, we went cold turkey with the dummy which he has only ever had for sleeping. we explained that my new baby niece needed a dummy and she had brought him a toy car and he was to give her his dummy. Since then he has been a nightmare getting to sleep. several hours is not unusual and he wont be left aloneuntil he is fast asleep. It doesnt seem to be getting any better and the dummy went nine days ago. Have since found that he hasnt had a dummy forhis nap in nursery for over six months and they havent had any problems. i was wondering if anyone had been through anything similar or had any advice as getting desperate
