When I see her yawn I do a sleep ritual: remove her to a dark room, swaddle, sing her a lullabye and rub her back...but by the time I get to the singing she starts to cry...It's as if she knows it's sleep time and she's resisting, haha.
We have moved more to a pattern of EASAES that seems to be working. I think because of her size she should be on a 4 hour schedule because she also started waking multiple times a night which she had not done in weeks. We have decided to start over again with a new routine and she seems to be doing better.

Ok, could it be that the sleep ritual is too long for her and that she doesn't even want it?
I need to put my LO straight away in bed, or he starts crying. With some babies less is more. The ritual might be even stimulating her and she is then OT.
Your pattern sounds fine to me (EASAE), many moms do that and I am one of them. If you think she is ready for the 4h routine, do it gradually. Start with a 3.15h, then move to 3.5h and so on.
