Tired of these NWs 10 mo.

I really don't know where I am going wrong with my DS who is 10 month and waking EVERY night at least twice if not 3 times. He has never STTN and its starting to really get to me now. Whenever he wakes up I had been giving him water, but he still doesn't go back to sleep so I end up bf him both times. I really want to cut out at least one if not both of these NF as I believe he doesn't need it.

This is his typical EASY. 

Wakes up at 7.

E - 7.30.
A - 7 - 10.30.
S - 10.30 - 12.

E - 12.
A - 12 - 3.30.
S - 3.30 - 5.

E - 5.30 & 7.
A - 5 - 8.
S - 8. (Bedtime).

1st Nw anywhere from 12 - 1 am.
2nd NW is at 3 or 4am.
Both NWs I end up breastfeeding him as he won't go back to sleep and I am exhausted. 

Then he starts his day at 7am.

Thanks jane. Yes I do BF to sleep because I'm soo tired and just need to get him back to sleep. Also a few times that I've tried giving him water instead he still won't go back to sleep, so I'm confused as to whether he's really hungry or if its habitual wakings.
Another thing do u think that maybe he's A time is short and needs to be extended?

Hiya jane. He's usually bf'ed 3 times during the day and he's having solids and snacks in between. I had cut his 1st nap to an hour and extended his A time to 4 hours and everything seemed fine. He was in bed by 8 and only waking up at 3 - 4 and only feeding then.

All of a sudden he kept waking anywhere from 1 - 2 am and noy settling until I fed him and then at 4 am. Thos is his EASY so far. He's nearly 11 months old.

Wakes up 7am.

A - 7 - 11.
S - 11 - 11.30.

A - 11.30 - 3.30.
S - 3.30 - 5.

Bedtime at 8.30.

1st NWs between 1 or 2. Won't settle try giving water, putting my hands on his back, but nothing works. So I end up breastfeeding him and he goes down straight away.
2nd NWs anywhere between 3 and 4 am. Again won't settle until breastfed.

I really don't understand what's going on, as I know that he definately doesn't need any NF, but don't know how to cut it as he just wouldn't settle.
Also I know that he CAN sleep longer that 5 hrs. Do I need to maybe reduce his 1syt A time to maybe 3.5 hrs or both?

I am really sleep deprived and need his NWs sorted.

I agree with Jane, my dd's sleep went terrible around 9/10 months and it was definitely part of the 2-1 transition. If you can get your routine sorted so he doesn't wake in the night the BF issue resolves itself  Definitley check out all the 2-1 info, my dd didn't start sleeping better until she went to one nap and a late afternoon catnap around 11 months, it is a matter of working out what is best for your LO and it isn't always easy  Lots and lots of luck
