GF Bobs Red Mill flour and MSPI
« on: May 10, 2011, 21:22:01 pm »
I'm on ED and avoiding glutein, soy, nuts and other allergens.
I'm not sure about Red Mill flours. They have nice variety of GF flours, but on each pack you can see "manufactured in the facility which uses tree nuts and soy". I'm usually avoiding "may contain" products, but this doesn't say so. Is there anyone with Soy intollerance using those flours?

Thanks in advance!

I avoid all may contains - just too dangerous for us with anaphylactic allergies iyswim? But with mspi I'm not sure how strict you need to be - some bubs react to the tiniest trace, while others can handle hidden and trace with no reactions. Tbh, you might need to try it and watch for reaction to know for sure :-\
