Thanks for the links. I will see if I can find those books. Sorry, I should have specified - I am looking for recipes for adults and a toddler (2.5 years). I have some health issues that require me at this time to avoid: potatoes, grains, rice, beans, lentils and other legumes, mushrooms, vinegars, and soy. I also am very limited as to what I can have for fruit. My son is MPI, so we must avoid all dairy. Basically that means we are limited right now to meats, veggies, spices, and some fruits. Most of the freezer recipes I am finding that don't contain grains or starches (or can be left out) have dairy and/or soy (some hidden) in some of the ingredients that add to the flavour, so to leave them out greatly alters the taste. I'm trying to find freezer recipes so that I can just toss them in the slow cooker, or pop it in the oven, reducing my prep time. Especially now that it is summer and we are gone a lot. Thanks for you help!
