my 12 pound 5 month old goes to bed at 7 or 730 ( depending on what wake up time she had) she now wakes up 3 to 5 hours after going to bed, and again 3 to 4 hours after that. She eats and goes right back to bed, i have waitied a lil bit to see if she would go back to sleep, but she ends up screaming and is clearly hungry. I have tried to increase her formula during the day- but she eats her 4 oz and is done.

She is on a 3 hour easy. besides when she wakes up, she is good about finishing her bottle on the 3 hr routine. she naps good for me when it is the weekend- she goes to daycare and goes down at naptime, but only sleeps about 20 - 30 min.

When should i try to make her go to a 3.5 easy?

I havent introduced solids yet, my dr said I could- but i am freaking out bc i dont know when to give them to her. I LOVE my schedule and dont know how they fit in. Maybe that will help with her wake up.

Should i give her less formula at her wake up? should i do water?

Please help :)

By 5 months you really should move to 4 hour EASY. From what I know, feeding her every 3 hours at this age can cause NW due to hunger. The reason is that right now she's just "snacking" and not hungry enough to take a full fee so her stomach would "stretch out".
Hope this helps :)

i was thinking that, but then i thought because she is so small it may make a difference?  how much should i increase her oz amount to? she currently is 4 oz every 3 hr?
and should i try adding 15 min for 3 or 4 days?

Regarding how much to feed I'm really not an expert. Actually struggling with that too right now.
My DD is 16 weeks old and we're also transitionning to a 4 hour EASY so I'm no expert (yet :) ).
Right now I'm just gradually adding more A time. But really really slowly. My lo is actually still struggling with A time of 1.5 but it seems to help her sleep better so I keep at it.
Good luck and I hope some more BW will join and add their 2 cents.

that is our problem too- she wants to sleep at 1.5 after eating. sometimes she will make it 2. on the other hand, at day care  she seems to be awake longer.... but still ready to eat at 3 hr . in the morning i do add extra 15 min to her next deed, but i cant get past that.
