9 month old 1.5hr am nap 30 min pm nap...what am i doing wrong?!

Thanks    she has woken twice so far tonight 11:30 (5.5 HRS from BT) and just now at 3:00 (3 1/2 HRS later)  think her tummy is bothering her. She keeps doing those crunches and pushing out some gas. It was my sons b'day yesterday.  I had some ice cream cake last night :/  didn't show any signs of it bothering her til tonight :/

sorry I disappeared for so long...I just wanted to thank you all for your help...we aren't completely out of the woods yet but we are down to 1 nw that isn't until midnight sometimes even 4 am!  and a.m. nap is still long pm nap is still 30 mins lol..HOWEVER...if i go in at 25-30 mins and i put my hand on her back and lightly shhhh...she often will go back to sleep for another 30 mins...not always but a lot of the time...so we are doing better and I couldn't thank you all enough...you helped tremendously...especially in keeping me sane

Thanks guys...I am not sure the pm nap will EVER be an easy one but I am very happy the nw have simmered down to just one my last 2 efforts to extend the pm nap didn't work but I will keep trying...she'll probably be dropping it soon though huh?  when do they do that?  2 to 1 transition?

We've been in the throws of a 2-1 for sometime now - Harrie is 11.5 months, but we are just going with it. Sometimes he wants 2 naps, other times he'll have one, but because we are often out and about I haven't worked on this much really.

so what time is his first nap?  like how long will he be up from that point til bedtime if he DOESN'T take that 2nd nap?  most days her first nap will go til about 11:30...her bedtime is usually 7...so if she skips that 2nd nap she'd be up 7 1/2 hrs!  that's a long stretch...i did 6 pm bedtime when she completely skipped her 2nd nap entirely this weekend...but now she is back to waking at 6 a.m. because of it and that makes my mornings impossible...when she goes to bed at 7 she wakes at 7 and that is way better.  if i knew for sure it was time to cut it i'd push her morning nap to later and hope she'd give me a good 2 hrs but i'm not so sure she would.  when she DOES nap in the afternoon its usually 25-30 mins...unless i can extend it which doesn't always work
