Can you leave some white noise on? We leave a fan running in both LOs rooms, so it isn't so quiet.

I would leave him to settle when he is moaning and if he doesn't, do PU/PD.  If it is habit, a few nights of that will break it.

We have tried the white noise doesn't seem to make much difference to the NW's, but will try pu/pd thanks will let you know how we go.
