SkippedDF?
« on: July 12, 2011, 16:01:57 pm »
I feel asleep on the couch last night and totally missed DS's DF. He normally takes 6 oz at this feed and sleeps until 8am. Without it, he only ate 4 times yesterday for a total of 26 oz, but still slept until 7:30 am. Does this mean he doesn't need it?

LO is 3 months old, textbook baby, who put himself on a 4 hour EASY at 2 months, 2 weeks.

It could be a one off, or it is possible he doesn't need it. You could try not giving it tonight and see what happens, however there is a big growth spurt at 3 and 4 months so you may find he starts waking for more food without the DF.

It's up to you really, just watch that his wet and dirty nappies are the same without that feed so you are ensuring that he is getting enough food/ liquid!
