Hi All,

DD has awful NW, I think she is often dreaming  :'( Sometimes she is worst when I go into comfort her. Although I don't want to leave her crying either  ???

So I was wondering how to deal with these night wakings? Any advice would be great xxx

Hi there.  Can you post her routine so we can see if anything is going on?  Also, is she teething at the moment?  How you will respond may depend on some of these factors but we'll help figure it out.  :)

8ish wake up

11.30-12.00 sleep til 1.00/1.30

6.30/7.00 bed

Is that enough details? X

I wonder if she is UT which is why she is waking.  Her days are really short.  I would move her nap and bedtime later.  So more like:
8am wake
12:30-2 nap
7:30 bed
