We have now been to the doctor and her ears are clear - thank goodness! He checked her over and said that she looked just fine to him ;);) Of course, she was super happy and smiled her face off at him the whole appt! When I told him about her lack of appetite, he said not to worry as long as she is taking something, just keep offering her favorite things to get her interested and wait for her to ask so that she doesn't get frustrated with it... so I will just stick to her regular meal times and let her take what she wants... and I am just gonna let her sleep when she wants to for a few days... even if it means night feeds and lots of wake ups...

He said that as long as she is happy and easily amused and not lethargic and sleepy all the time, no need to worry ;)

PHEW!  Momma feels much better!

Phew....piece of mind aye :) I have been twice in the last 2 weeks as Z has been SO miserable and things are not right and both times all clear. My Dr is amazing and totally understood, gave his a thorough check and said - its just teeth ::) but I now just do it and never feel bad. Better to know than miss something aye, esp with bubbas!

Plus, we have had 1 ear infection and it was just the pits and worth catching early

Exactly, my doctor was totally fine to squeeze her in today just to be cautious... and he said she was a welcomed break for the sick old people he was seeing all day ;)

Ear infections can get bad so quickly too!

man that cracks me up! I know...Zs was really bad after one day. By the night he was terrible and we took him to the emergency Dr and it was already nasty as. Needless to say that night was 8 hours of on/off crying (him and me :( )

Kara what a relieve!!
I'm glad everything is fine, now you can relax and enjoy the ride...
Great idea to let her eat and sleep as she wants for few days, that will release the stress from both of you for few days. Later you get her back on track :)

See you later girls!
Marie
