Okay hun, so yesterdays EASY looks like his first A was okay, possibly could be a touch longer.
But his second A looks too long, that 30min nap looks OT to me.
He looks like he was OT for BT.
TOday he looks like he was UT for that first nap then OT.
Basically if you get a short nap, anything under 1hour then you ned to bring that next A forward so he doesnt get OT. He can only do a full A time on a good restorative nap. For some LOs a restorative naps is 1hr10, others need 1.5hours. You need to watch your LO to see what he needs.
I would go for an early BT of around 7-7.30 as I think he is OT. A long A to bed will jsut cause more resistance.
SO FOr tomorrow I think you need to try your best to get that good first A time at around 3hrs45...it this gives you a good 1hr+ nap and you think he is restored then maybe watch him after 3hrs30mins. SOme LOs like shorter As as the day goes on, others like longer so you will need to work that out. As soon as you think he looks tired then pop him down fir his nap. If you are not sure you can try for the same A again and see how he sleeps.
If you get a short nap then shorten the next A to BT....
does that make sense? This age is tough, once you get that first nap consistently above 1hr I think the rest of your day may start to be easier to work out
