So I'm trying to reply to a PM but I can't send it as apparently their inbox is full. So how do I get in touch with them??

Otherwise if you want to PM her about a thread she has going you could always post on that thread to tell her to clear her inbox. That way she is guaranteed to get a notifiction whereas she might not check the lounge. Yuo can always delete it from the thread after she has seen it.
