« on: August 08, 2011, 08:23:54 am »
Hiya,

My baby is three weeks old and I am finding it difficult to feed her dreamfeed when shes asleep as she doesn't even open her mouth. I tried at ten o'clock then at 10.40pm but she would take it. Could anyone please give me some advice

I don't think you start dream feeding til after 6 weeks old? Not sure but have a 6 and a half week old and just waiting to start it now.

You can try anytime really, some babies are really good at it from the start, some never take to it. I would leave it for a couple of weeks and try again. My two were not good at the DF, either I couldn't get them to open their mouths or they would only take a couple of oz and then wake more often after it than if I just let them wake when they were hungry.
