Baby Whisperer APP?

not sure where to ask this question, but my husband is thinking of writing a baby whisperer app for the android, for those of us who need a quick easy way to keep track of our LOs EASYs.
Does anyone know if something like this already exists?
if not, would it be a problem for him to use the baby whisperer name? how could i find this out? Thanks!

that 2nd thread mentions an android app called baby ESP. 

there was this thread a while back, but nothing ever came of it:

it was a request for more of an app like facebook - something where you're logged in all the time & can just browse the forums.  not entirely what you were asking for. 

but, it does make mention of this, which can be used on any smartphone, it seems:

these are the only ones I could find mentioned around here.  feel free to have your hubby make one if none are quite what you are looking for. 

BUT, yes, there could be a problem using the baby whisperer name.  that is heavily copyrighted - and not by us, but by Tracy's family.  I would advise you to call it something else... even BW might be okay.....

okay, thanks. i will check into them. more of what i had in mind, was specifically something that you would be able to program your A times to your child and set an alarm to remind you, etc...

what about EASY or something, are there copyrights on that?
