Creamed herring? Comes in a tin or a jar so you don't even have to cook it!
Omega-3 supplements if you can't abide the smell of it in the house.

I make my DH cook and eat the fish with my kid lol
What about flax seed? You can sneak it into things, like yogurt.
Or like everything, they are throwing omega-3s into all of our foods. Not sure that's a good thing though...but you could look for something fortified.
I've also seen omega gummies for the over 2 crowd.

Flax seed is a nice idea, so are the gummies, however I really want to make ds fish, he doesn't mind eating it when we're out at all, and I grew up eating fish, this aversion is really recent!

Fish is a better source of omega 3 than anything else and I love it so I have loads of recipes! Salmon is a favourite of mine but Pollock contains a decent amount of omega 3 too.
Here are some recipes:
Salmon and broccoli pasta,

Salmon and spinach fishcakes,

Fish pie (sorry the recipe is a bit sketchy),

Hmm, thought I had more favourite fish recipes than that! I will get on the case. I also found he quite liked pilchards when I gave him some from a tin (in tomato sauce), sardines, tinned salmon still contains omega 3. What kind of fish do you have access to in Egypt? I mean things like bream and mullet would be great just baked or filleted and grilled.
This website is one of my favourite for finding recipes if you need more inspiration,
