Can't seem to access my personal messages for some reason??

Hi,
When I logged in today a pop up told me I had a new message and a (1) appeared next to the my messages tab. I clicked on it but it's repeatedly taking me to a blank page, no message. I don't know if the notification was a glitch or if the not being able to access my message is a glitch.

Could anyone help? I'd like to be able to see the message if there is one there.

click on the previous page number.  it should be there.  this happens to me sometimes too.  weird bug.

Hi,
Thanks for replying but not quite sure what you mean. It's literally a blank page that comes up when I click on "my messages" so there's nothing to click on content-wise (no previous page numbers.) I am probably misunderstanding what you mean - I've not been on the site for a while so it's taking me sometime to get back to navigating around it easily. Any further tips would be really helpful. :o)

when you go into your mailbox, there's usually an index at the top.  underneath, there are page numbers.  I know that when I have enough messages in my box to need to go to a 2nd screen, the mailbox rolls over to the 2nd screen before I have a message there.  So then I have to click on page 1 to see the message. 

I just sent you a test PM... see if you can see that one.

Thanks, but still nothing. :o(
I got the pop up saying there are messages, but there is nothing there when I click on it. As with clicking on "my messages" it just goes to a completely blank page with just the usual web navigation bar at the top, no content from babywhisperer whatsoever... weird, very weird...

Have you tried just clicking on the "my messages" tab, instead of the pop up?

ah ha... you've been registered since 2006, so you probably still have that old global PM that destroyed a lot of boxes.
