Hello
Just after some quick advice. We are going on holiday in October to turkey and my boy will be 13 months old. We lice in the UK so turkey is 2 hrs ahead. We're going for one week. Should I keep him on UK time throughout the holiday? So for example his bedtime will be 9pm turkey time but 7pm UK time? And naps, lunch dinner etc kept the same UK time (2 hrs ahead in turkey).
I read Tracy advises this for short stays of 3 days or less- so what about week holiday?does anyone have any experience with this?

This will be his first holiday abroad

Many thanks!

I would keep things the same where you can, but be prepared for things to go a little mental while you are there! Kids this age can often fight sleeps during the travelling time, leaving them shattered before you even arrive, with which case I would go with the flow. If you travel well, and can eat a bit later, then yes, I would stick with UK time.
