Bottle first or lunch??

After some great and friendly advice on my last topic I just wondered if I could ask one more thing?

On here the layout when reducing bottles says to give bottle before lunch? Today I extended her 2 nd bottle to he 4.5 hour mark and she wasn't that hungry for it so then she had her lunch and she ate the lot, so today's EASY looked like this
A 6.30
E 7.30 bottle. Breakfast 8.30
A
S 9.15
A 11.30
E 12.00 lunch at 1
A
S 2.30
A 4.00 dinner 4.30
E 6.30 a full bottle! 
S 7

Should I give her her lunch first and the bottle hoping she would drink more?

Hey Kirsty - is she down to 3 bottles?

If so, I do one at wake up, one just before her PM nap (around 240) and the last before bedtime.

So that leaves solids about 2 hours after wake up, at noon, and around 530
