how much does your 12 week old drink?

I think i have a hungry lo. Just wondering about other lo's and what they drink. We are averaging about 35-40 oz in a 24 hour period which seems quite a bit and she still cannot go longer than 3 hours, usually she is asking for her milk after about 2.45/50 minutes.....we have a while before we wean.  ;)

meant to say she has 4 daytime feeds (5-7oz) and then a df (6 or 7oz) plus a night feed (6oz)

Wow!  That is a lot!  Mine has only ever surpassed 30 ozs on a couple of occasions - once during the 4 month GS and recently on a bad teething day when she refused all solids (she is almost 10 months though).

How much does she weigh Becky?  Remember though, LO's won't overeat at this age :)

Hi Becky.  I just went to my pediatrician yesterday because my 3month old son was refusing to eat.  I did ask exactly how much he should be taking thinking I was trying to force to much in him.  She told me that 24-32oz a day was sufficient for his age.  On a good day, my son takes about 30oz.  It sounds like you have a mighty hungry little one.

yes I know! She is 13.12 as of today. I spoke to the hv and she said it was fine, just a hungry bub!

I would bet that LO is going through the 3 month GS, it can be big!
