It could have been a combination of the long nap & early BT making him UT, although just watch-out the day that he doesn't then get back into an OT loop after the 2hr NW.

things are a little better, he had a big long sleep last night 12.5hrs. short sleep today of 1.5 :( what time do you think i should get him to sleep by, im unsure and dont want him getting OT again.

our routine today went:

8:05 awake
8:30 b/fast
12:00 lunch
1:15 sleep (1.5)
15:15 snack
18:00 dinner

Do you think that the short nap could have been UT after the good nights sleep?

Do you mean what time to put him down at BT? I would aim for BT around 7.30pm.

It does sound like OT unless he's coming down with something/ teething?

i keep thinking i see his front top teeth coming closer to the surface but still have broke through yet. he doesnt seem upset when he wakes he just stares into space.

i put down his A time to help with him being OT.

He might well have been tired from the long AM A-time & short nap, just be careful that this doesn't catch-up on him today.
