5 month old and solids?
« on: September 12, 2011, 13:52:40 pm »
Hi! My LO is 5 months old and the peds encouraged us to start feeding some solids due to the fact that he is at the top number of ounces for formula feeding in a day. At what times should I start with solids during the day? Here is what our schedule looks like now:

8:00--7oz bottle
9:30--nap
11:00--7oz bottle
1:00--nap
3:00--7oz bottle
5:00--catnap
7:00--7oz bottle
8:00--bedtime
10:30--dreamfeed (7oz bottle)

Any help is appreciated!  :)

I would start with a teaspoon of something at about 12pm. So lunch time, about an hour after milk feed. HTHx
