Need help!  We have been doing the EASY routine with my (only just) 4 month old for almost 5 weeks after a chaotic and very stressful first few months.  She has responded well and is much happier and calmer, as am I!  We have been making changes gradually and this was the 12th night where our lo has gone to sleep on her own in her cot so compared to 5 weeks ago, this is amazing.  However, she is consistently waking at 9pm (around 1hr 45mins after going down), definitely not self-soothing, and I have no idea why or what to do about it.  When she wakes, I always wait to see if she self soothes, which she does at other times, but hasn't yet at this 9pm wake.  I keep her in her cot and put a hand on her chest to soothe and need to do this a few times and then she goes back to sleep after around 20mins, always the same.

I have found sh-pat very stimulating for her as she gets very wound up so have found that keeping her in the cot has better results, but I always stay next to the cot and don't leave her.  She then generally sleeps for another couple of hours til her first feed of the night then has various wakings (she is a noisy, restless sleeper!) until waking around 6.30am.  I am feeding a further 2 times during the night at 3 hour intervals.  Her daytime naps are not in the cot, (delibrately as my DH works from home) but in either buggy, car or front carrier. We are quite active and go out quite a lot to meet friends or do things like singing groups and swimming. Here is her current EASY, around 3.5/4 hours:

E 6.30/7 Wake & feed (exclusively BF)
A
S 8.30/9-10.30 but often broken
E 10.30/11
A
S 12.30/1 - 2/2.30
E 2.30/3
A
S 4-5/5.30
E 5.30/6
A Bedtime routine - quiet play, bath, goodnights, sing to mobile on cot, bf then in cot awake
E 7/7.15
S 7.30
Wakes  9pm, asleep again by 9.20.
E 11.15/11.45
E 2.30
E 5/5.30

Please help!  Even during the night sleeps she rarely does the 3 hours without waking and I just don't know what to do.
