Night wakings are taking there toll
« on: September 25, 2011, 10:24:50 am »
My LO is 9.5 months. We have been ST for about 5 months. DS could put himself to sleep fairly quickly for night time and naps, but recently he has been taking longer and fussing more. He wakes up between 3-6 times a night, I admit I have been inconsistent at night as doing PUPD causes hours of crying but a quick feed (BF) has him back to sleep in a few minutes. Our EASY looks like this
6.00-6.30 up for day
E 7.30 solids
A 6.30-9.15
E 9.00 4oz bottle
S 9.15 sleep
A 10.15 - 1.45
E 12.00 solids
E 1.30 4oz bottle
S 1.45 sleep
A 2.45- 6.30
E 5.00 solids
E 6.15 6oz bottle
S 6.30 sleep

Naps - although we do get an hour particularly in the morning he will wake up after 30mins and I have to go in and rock him back to sleep.
What can I do to stop these NW?
