« on: September 27, 2011, 19:35:05 pm »
My LOs always been a short 45min napper, we've been working on her easy since lastweek and have got her morning nap to 1hr10-20mins and yesterday she had 2x 1hr10mins, was in bed by 6.10pm and slept good, only woke up for 3 feeds (which we are now currently working on)

Heres todays routine:

27th sep.

6.40am - up.
7.30am - bottle.
8.00am - breakfast
9.30am - nap a A time 2hr50mins
11.45am - up sleep for 1hr 15mins.
11.10am - bottle
12.30pm - dinner.
1.45pm - nap A time 3hr.
2.50pm - up. 1hr5mins.
4.00pm - bottle
4.30pm - dinner
5.30pm - bath
6.00pm - bed. A time 3hr10mins.

She then woke at 6.20pm, 6.40pm and then 7.00pm we left her playing in her cot and went in when she cried but shes been wide awake playing since 7pm.

She's always went to bed between 6-6.30pm and woke but always re-settled back to sleep, this is the first time she's actually woken up to play.
Our gorgeous girl born Feb 11.

Our 2nd little girl due Nov 12.
