She's spitting up a ton and arching away when I try to feed her.
I thought she may be heading that way sorry hun
I could always tell with Zac once the naps went wonky the discomfort was coming or there. Lots of APing back to sleep may be in order while she goes through the flare up
At least you know why she is having problems napping. If she wont sleep for long just offer more naps when you can.
I have to warn you about tummy sleeping. It is not recommended for LOs to be on their tummies under the age of ~6 months or until they are able to roll onto and off their tummies due to the risk of SIDS, or to be placed on their tummies until 12 months. I understand how frustrating it is, but if you do decide to try it you may want to consider being in the room with her to keep an eye on her. Certainly avoid swaddling if you are going to put her on her tummy. It also may be worth discussing your LOs reflux and possible sleeping positions with your Dr/Ped.
Hang in there
