Hi Honey,
Oh Gosh what a pickle!!! I recognise EVERYTHING you wrote! We are the same. His nap I am perplexed about and the same as you I have tried longer and shorter A times and they both result in shorter naps than he used to take. At the moment I'm sticking to 5 hrs A time which is what it was before but he seems tired after 4hrs as he OT now. However I'm trying to balance his age/versus the teething
. Last night saw 2 EW'ing but luckily a catch up night as I out him down at 6.30 and he woke at 7am for the morning. However the night before I did the same and he didn't tack on for the 1st time ever
we were up at 5.30. There is no consistency at all anymore. And like your LO the other night he woke at 2am jumping all over the cot snorting for 'Peppa Pig' TV programme and looking like for all the world it was morning
. I do find that giving Ibuprofen helps to settle him again in the night. I have even APOP'd milk and that has worked too.
What dreadfull timing for you with your new little angel on the way. I guess you couldn't anticipate that happening
. You poor thing, you must feel exhausted at this stage in your pregnancy too.
Here's hoping that those nasty molars pop soon
. Thanks for letting me know we're not alone
.
Congratulations on your baby to be. I hope it's a super straight forward birth and the little one pops faster than those molars
LOL.xxx.
