It looks great, when they get ready to drop the cat nap usually around 5-7mo depending on how he is without it. I would suggest skiping it and moving BT up by about an hour or son to like 6/6:30. Do you think this might help?

I can't decide if he needs to drop it and have an ealier bedtime or keep it. Today hehad a nap from 4:40-5:20 and then bedtime routine etc... Eating by 6:30. Ready for bed by 7:00 and then 40' of fussing, instead of the hour yesterday. I know he's trying to tell me he wants something different. Just not sure what it is...

Or it could be he is just getting used to the new routine when you see an improvement that quickly from an hour to 40min I would stick with it it sounds like your doing a great job!
