Moved to big boy bed and now very short sleeps

As the subject says I have just moved my DS (19 months) into a BBB, since doing this we have been having trouble with our day sleep (he only has one nap) as as soon as he wakes up he gets out of bed and looks for us.  Does anyone have any tips/suggestions/help on this?

Moving LO's into BGB/BBB can cause some sleep issues, the link below might help you:

Have you stored away all toys etc from his room so that there is nothing in his bedroom to distract him? Have you got a toddler gate on his door?

It would be useful if you could post his routine so we can take a look. How long is he napping for ATM?
