Hmm, yesterdays routine when like:
woke up at 4.20am and took and hour to settle, fell asleep at 6am, but then woke for the day at 8.30am.
8.30am up
11.45am nap
12.15pm - awake - only had 30mins.
4.00pm - nap
5.20pm awake 1hr 20mins.
8.10pm - bedtime/asleep.
She only had 30mins AM nap was abit grumpy for 10mins after she woke, but we then went to see my dad and i thought she'd be grumpy and moan but she was fine, and played happily until we left at 3.30pm, i then thought she'd fall alseep in the pushchair on the way home (5min walk home) but she didn't but i put her down at 4.00pm.
Lastnight was the best night we've had in months. She woke 3 times, and slept a full 4hr 55mins - nearly a full 5 hours, she hasn't got past the 3.5hr mark in a long time.
She is teething at the mo, so we gave calpol before bed, she woke at 10.00pm, 11.00pm (i tried a bottle at 11pm as she hardly drank her bedtime bottle at 8.00pm - but she only had 1oz) she then slept from 11.00pm - 4.00am i then gave a bottle and she drank the full 7oz.
She chatted for about 5mins at 4.15am but then slept until 6.30am. This was a great night for us, and i thought we'd have a bad night with her only having a short AM nap.
I was reading this post
