How did it go ladies???

Personally I always just deal with it when it happens. So I put them to bed a bit late last night so that they woke after 6am ie 5am new time!! today, then I just treated today the same as any other EW day and did my DDs nap at her usual time and gave my DS a car nap then bed at 7pm on the new time.

I will likely get a few EWs now as they adjust, but it will only take a few days.

The key is to make sure you do move the sleep and feeds etc over and don't get stuck on an early bedtime loop for ages.

Mine woke at 5:30 yesterday and 5:00 today. Yesterday we were out and about so I shifted all of the feeds and he had a CN in the car. Today I am currently trying to settle him off again otherwise our first nap/ feed will be so early our whole day will be a mess. Is that the best way to handle??
