Do you just rub the cheek 5 mins before they usually wake? If so how do you know if you have done it enough?

Hi Dizzy
You can find some info here

I see you've been given good advice on the reflux boards regarding waiting until your LO's reflux is controlled before attempting sleep training.  I realise it must be tiring for you and you clearly want to help your LO get some good sleep, but refluxers really do need that extra time and cuddles to help them through.

I hope your LO gets some relief soon x

If your LO has reflux then w2s is not normally a good tool since when you cause them to stir it brings them into lighter sleep which can mean they become aware of any discomfort from the reflux and so they often wake then instead of their typical wake time.
