hi,
quick question......how do we start the day at roughly the same time? eg if my DS is waking at 530am for a night feed, he wont be hungry for his next feed 7-730am? hope this makes ense.

Yeah, I remember that problem.
What I did is I always offered a bottle (or maybe in your case BF) in waking. You might see that he is taking a full feed then and he might not. In case he doesn't you can try and offer a little bit more during A time.

I just fed (even if it was only a little bit) at 7am to reset the clock so to speak and got on with the day from there. I found it helpful to reduce the amount he took at 5am so DS wouldn't refuse the 7am feed.
