Gee is a replacement for oil and butter.  It is a much stronger flavour so use in moderation.  I use it for frying but when baies are younger just mix alittle into their veges once the veges are cooked.

Flaxseed oil cannot be cooked or heated otherwise it becomes comepletely denatured.  I add it to rice milk smoothies mainly or cold/air temp foods.  Its stored in fridges at health food shops.
