Help! Breastfeeding while down with diarrhea and vomiting

Am down with a tummy bug and can not eat much. Does anyone know how this can impact my milk supply & quality ????

It may affect it, but I don't remember it making a big difference when I had a tummy bug. Keep your fluids up and try to rest. Hugs :-*

Absolutely drink a lot and keep keep feeding, I felt my supply dwindling when I had a tummy bug and I had to encourage LO to keep sucking to keep my supply up xx

Hope you're feeling better!  Definitely keep those fluids up!

Much better, thank you! My LO seems to have gotten the milk she needs although last night I think the supply was very low as she cried on the breast. Now back to normal I hope!
